  • Advertising and Social Media – Counseling on strategies to implement, policy development, as well as training.
  • Business Formation – Entity and state selection, governance documents (e.g. articles of organization and by-laws drafting), and procedure (the process of establishing the specific entity).  Also includes, creation of non-profit organizations.
  • Entertainment / Media Law – Entertainment law encompasses an area of law which involves media of all types (TV, film, music, publishing, advertising, social media, Internet & news media, etc.), and embraces various legal fields, including but not limited to corporate, finance, intellectual property, publicity and privacy, and first amendment (freedom of speech).  Entertainment law may overlap with many aspects of intellectual property law, but it also engages broader issues like employment law, contract law, torts, labor law, bankruptcy law, immigration, securities law, security interests, agency, right of privacy, defamation, advertising, criminal law, tax law, International law (especially Private international law), and insurance law.
  • Fashion Law – Among many other aspects, Fashion Law deals with contractual issues for models, employment issues for hiring models and working with designers, trade dress and design issues for designers, as well as areas of copyright law and trademark law.  The area also deals with many international aspects of law.
  • Immigration Law – Artist/Entertainment visas.
  • Intellectual Property (“IP”) Law – IP law deals with the rules for securing and enforcing legal rights to creative works like inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, and symbols, names and images used in commerce. IP encompasses the following areas:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Drafting – An NDA is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for limited purposes and wish to restrict access to or by third parties.
  • Public Relations (“PR”) and Artist Management – Every client can benefit from good representation. With the right strategy a client can successfully be promoted.  PR deals with maintaining client’s image and involves the practice of managing the spread of information between an individual or an organization (such as a business, government agency, or a nonprofit organization) and the public at large.
